Use of service
TILT is provided for personal, non-commercial family coordination. You may use the service only in compliance with applicable laws and these terms.
Eligibility and responsibility
You are responsible for activity on your devices, safeguarding access, and ensuring that all required permissions and consents (including for minors and co-parents/guardians) are obtained before using location and notification features.
Location and notifications
Geofence detection and push notifications depend on device settings, OS behavior, connectivity, and third-party infrastructure. Event detection or delivery may be delayed, interrupted, or unavailable, and TILT is not an emergency service.
Prohibited use
You may not use TILT to violate law, harass or surveil unlawfully, interfere with service security, reverse engineer protected components, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
Changes and availability
We may modify features, limits, pricing, or availability at any time. Paid plans are billed through your App Store or Google Play account and are managed under the store subscription terms (including renewals/cancellation) in addition to these terms.
Disclaimer
TILT is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
