The TILT Manifesto
Every generation grows up with new points of reference.
Today, teenagers take public transport on their own earlier, travel independently to their activities, and gradually build their freedom. Parents watch them move forward with pride, with a touch of understandable concern.
Technology has profoundly transformed our lives. It makes communication easier, brings families closer together, and provides new services. It can also change how we place our trust in the people we love.
At TILT, we believe there is a fairer way to use this technology.
It means letting a child grow while still being present when it truly matters. That presence is not measured by the number of GPS locations checked in a day. It is built through conversation, shared habits, and the certainty that everyone respects the other's space.
This idea guided every decision we made when creating TILT.
We did not set out to create an app that could track a teenager at all times.
One notification is enough to ease a worry, end a silent wait, and let everyone carry on with their day peacefully.
We believe successful technology knows how to fade into the background. It steps in at the right time, provides useful information, then leaves room for life.
TILT supports families through this new stage, where independence grows, trust is built, and every arrival becomes a small shared certainty.
Our ambition is simple: to offer parents peace of mind, give teenagers more freedom, and remind us that the best technology is often the kind that does just enough.
Know they arrived. And that's all.
